Comments: Email campaign was developed to reach customers on a weekly basis with specials, rate updates, and value message. Email was designed to point to areas on the website that contained product information and industry resources. This campaign resulted in dramatic response from existing customers and also allowed the sales team to reconnect and repair relationships with past customers.
